Getting Back to Normal

2020-06-09

A Message From Amanda

It’s been a very distressing time for everyone and we know many people are doing it tough.

Here at Sanctuary New Homes we have continued to operate by following the Housing Industry Association’s guidelines to ensure it is safe for our clients to visit our popular Studio S to talk about their dream home.

At the same time, we are making sure our trades people are operating safely on site and that our suppliers are protected in accordance with Covid 19 protocols.

It’s also a reminder that the family home is so much a part of our everyday lives. It’s where we live and grow together, enjoy the company of friends and just relax.

If the working from home trend continues, post Covid 19, it’s likely we will spend even more time in the family home.

To encourage you to "get cracking" on your new home we are offering five lucky new home builders who deposit and contract with us before December 2020 a 6 Kw Solar Package. This could supply all your family’s energy needs and at the same time save you thousands of dollars.

We are all thinking about our impact on the environment and solar power can play a big part in the equation.

Further to this, Sanctuary New Homes is now no longer providing Merbau hardwood as it is a rainforest timber taken mainly from Asian rain forests. For decking, we can offer a more sustainable composite timber product or an Australian Hardwood Timber product.

As a family owned, custom design, new home builder we are very proud of our great team of people who have helped so many home builders realise their dream home.

Even though we are custom design builder, ready to build on sloping and difficult blocks we are very competitive if you compare "apples with apples".

We invite you to visit us at Studio S to experience first-hand the personal service you will receive at Sanctuary New Homes.
In the meantime please stay safe and well. We will get through this and in many ways, we will be more appreciative of those simple things I have spoken about.
