The Edendale is a sleek modernist two storey home. Great Alfresco flow integrated into both levels. A guest bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs this home is an entertainers delight.
To the Wonderful Staff at Sanctuary New Homes
Thank you for building our beautiful home. You were so easy to deal with and nothing was too much!
"Very Happy We Found Sanctuary New Homes"
We partnered with a project builder and found we couldn’t use the plan they had designed.
Gary set about designing the single story, four bedroom home we had our hearts set on, to suit our triangular block.
Sanctuary New Homes are site specific as each home they build is custom designed for that specific block.
We proved you don’t necessarily have to pay project builder prices. Interestingly, I have spoken to other families in our estate who have built with project home builders and they (are) nowhere as happy as we are with our home.
We have no hesitation in recommending Gary and the team at Sanctuary new Homes who (for those) who are looking to build a high quality home at the right price. They include everything in the price up front so you know exactly how much to budget for.
Because Sanctuary New Homes™ custom build there are no hidden extras whereas other builders will charge more for every change you make to their standard design.
It gave us the peace of mind that we would get we wanted without busting the budget. We found the Sanctuary™ people such as Gary & Amanda Palmer as well as Sam Burgess in the office, wonderful to work with. We are delighted with our new home which we moved into in September. It’s hard to pick my favourite part of our home. I love my kitchen because I love the separate butler’s pantry to hide the things that no one wants to see. And then, I also love the media room, which can be closed off from the rest of the living. I also love watching the sun set in the evening from our alfresco. We will be enjoying Christmas 2015 in our new home with our four children so, we are pretty excited with the way it has all worked out.
