At Sanctuary New Homes™, our experience is in designing beautiful, functioning homes for sloping and difficult blocks. We have the practical expertise to make the most of every aspect of your land while ensuring that budgets are maintained throughout the construction process.
Building on a difficult or sloping block can create a breathtaking home with incredible views, desirable privacy and an original, innovative floor plan. If you long for a creative home with individuality and a style to call your own, make a no-obligation appointment with our builder to discuss the site plan for your land. Share your wishlist, bring sketches of your dream home or provide us with your architect designed home plans. Whether you need a complete home design to completion service or simply an expert sloping site builder to professionally construct your home.
Our level of experience extends to designing and building homes for sloping and difficult blocks across the Central Coast, Hunter and North Sydney regions.
Just a few lines to say “thank you all” for helping us achieve our new home. Being first time builders we were probably a fair pain at times but nobody told us what a daunting proposition it could be (at times anyway). But you pulled us through it and we are happy the process is over at last (nothing to do with living in a caravan at all!). Thank you for all your assistance to us. We wish you continued success and that you can make many more happy home builders like us!
Couldn’t be happier with our new home. Thank you to all the staff at Sanctuary New Homes™ who made building our home a great experience. We love it!!!
Because Sanctuary New Homes™ custom build there are no hidden extras whereas other builders will charge more for every change you make to their standard design.
It gave us the peace of mind that we would get we wanted without busting the budget. We found the Sanctuary™ people such as Gary & Amanda Palmer as well as Sam Burgess in the office, wonderful to work with. We are delighted with our new home which we moved into in September. It’s hard to pick my favourite part of our home. I love my kitchen because I love the separate butler’s pantry to hide the things that no one wants to see. And then, I also love the media room, which can be closed off from the rest of the living. I also love watching the sun set in the evening from our alfresco. We will be enjoying Christmas 2015 in our new home with our four children so, we are pretty excited with the way it has all worked out.
