We visit your block for a free site inspection, assessing everything from slope to access. This helps us understand your land and what’s possible.
Design Stage

Tender
With your custom design and site details confirmed, we compile detailed costings and engage external consultants for site-specific reports.
Contracts & Approvals
Once you're happy with the tender, we lock in the build with a formal contract and submit all required plans for council approval.
Preconstruction

Studio Colour Consultation
